UserBancorp Ltd
UserBancorp Ltd claims to be a legitimate licensed banking organization. In reality it is an unlicensed company that is not authorized to provide any financial services what so ever. This regardless of what its sole owner and employee Mr. Geir Holstad claims.
The company is registered in New Zealand, and claims to be a Offshore Financial Company. No such status is recognized by New Zealand law, and there is a warning about these companies on the website of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand's.
The annual return filed for the company, shows the residential address of the director to be in San Pedro, Belize, while he in reality was chased away from there for not having paid rent, electricity, telephone or anything at all, long before the annual return was submitted.
His previous business includes running an unlicensed resale business selling credit cards under the name prestige card from his residential address in Panama. The story is again that he did not pay any rent, electricity, phone bills, or anything, and soon decided to steal all funds transferred to him for ******* the cards. He was never authorized to receive 3rd party funds in Panama either.
The contact information for User Ban Corp Ltd is extensive and may give the impression that it is a large organization. Take a closer look, and you will see that the telephone numbers all link to a virtual fax in New Zealand, a out of order telephone in Panama, and there are several references to a number in Alicante, Spain. I wild guess would be that he lives or have a mail box, or has recently lived at the address stated there.
If you want to give this company/man your money, don't expect to see any of it again. If you have given him money, try to get some of it back!
